For the Australian release of The Hangover Part III, Warner Bros. purchased advertising space on scooters that towed A frame panels around the city of Sydney. Taking inspiration from a memorable part at the beginning of the movie, I created a design that featured a plexiglass panel that protruded from the top of the A frame, cut into the shape of a Giraffe’s head. This was the first time anything like this had been done on mobile advertising boards and required multiple approvals from the city of Sydney, but the result was a success. We saw people posting it on their social media accounts when they spotted the giraffe’s around the city, and it also made it into Australia’s top advertising news.
